Note: The members of the Association, who have been paying their fees regularly as of 2010, are not required to pay the participation fee.

The fee covers:
- access to the professional program of the Congress
- materials and a continued medical education certificate
- attendance of the official opening and the cocktail hour to welcome the guests
- joint dinner

The daily participation fee covers:
- attending the professional program of the Congress for the selected day
- Congress materials and a continued medical education certificate
