Instructions for writing summaries:

- The summaries need to be written in one of the languages of the peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina or in
   English
- 400 words maximum
- The name of the author who will be presenting needs to be written in capital letters
- Last name and first name initials of the author and co-author without their titles
- Name of the institution, city and country of the author and co-author
- The author’s e-mail address
- The text of the summary should contain:
a) Aims, methods, results and conclusion
b) Case report: introduction, case report, conclusion

The original summaries will not be proofread. The author is responsible for the accuracy in terms of language and contents.

Instructions for sending summaries

The summaries are due to arrive by: April 15th, 2013.

All the received summaries will be presented on posters. The posters will be exhibited on billboards on the premises. The maximum size of the posters is 80cm width and 120cm height.

The organizational board of the Congress will award three monetary prizes for the best poster presentations:

1. Award in the amount of 1000 BAM
2. Award in the amount of 500 BAM
3. Award in the amount of 300 BAM

The activities on the congress will be awarded points according to University of Sarajevo’s Rules and Regulations regarding continued medical education, in the following manner: speakers (20 points), poster presentation (15 points – first author only), participants in all three days (10 points), participants for only one day (3 points).
